Hi guys, its Emma back with another post for you. DISCLAIMER-This blog will be a bit heavy.
So as many of you probably don't know I have anxiety issues. Now in this blog I want to explain the 2 basic/different anxiety.
1,Anxiety- Now everyone gets this and out of the two this is more healthy. This is when you might have a sports day coming out at school and your not very athletic or on the day of a test or exam. This will range from person to person because of different ability's ect.
2, Anxiety- So this is what anxiety I have, the stronger more powerful one. This isn't just like the first one, this is what I call 'social anxiety'. this is where it can stop you from leaving the house, worrying about what everyone is going to think of you, and there is loads more to list but ill keep it out that. so if this is very serious It can lead into depression but we wont go into that.
So I've got a story about my anxiety that I'm going to share.
1- So I was Christmas eve and my brother and I were going to my dads later in the day. and that night we where having a family thing with his side of the family. I had brought presents for the family and that morning I was so worried that they were not going to like them, they were going to judge me on what I had brought and overall I was just worried about the sence, because people were going to be drinking and my dads family is pretty big. So the end result was me sitting on my phone for most of the night and just not talking to anyone and feeling very uncomfortable. so with the present I ended up not giving one person there present and taking one out of my 2 aunties that were there.
Please do not take my advice on this if you have anxiety and its getting serious tell someone a parent, a guardian, a friends parent, a teacher just any trusted adult.

Wow. I have mild anxiety and I usually comes out when we are driving or shopping. Definitely not as bad as yours. *hugs and kisses* Janey 💕
