Hey chickens,
Today, I am going to be reviewing Rimmel London's new eye-shadow palette. I have a funny story about this, when I got the order thing from Rimmel, I was like this looks quite pretty, I'll put in an order but after I did I was thinking I'm not sure if this will be a nice palette but then I saw it in Priceline. I was thinking, I'm so glad I requested to receive because I thought it was so pretty and then I got it in the mail and I have been in love with it ever since. After I review the eye-shadow, I'll actually explain what happens with me reviewing Rimmel's products because I don't think I have ever properly explained it but anyway lets get started.
I received the palette in 'Grunge Glamour'. It has 8 different eye-shadows and 7 of them have great pigmentation. The first eye-shadow (on the left), doesn't have great pigments but in all fairness, the colour of it is very light. All 8 of the colours are very pretty and the look good. What I mean by that is, some eye-shadows look really nice in there packaging but they don't do much for your eyes or your makeup look when you put it on but these colours do. The brush that comes with the palette is quite long, which is nice but it's not a nice applicator. It feels quite hard on your eyelid and it doesn't apply the eye-shadow smoothly. The wear and tear of the eye-shadow is really good. I had it on for the whole day doing heaps of things and it stayed on and it was still pigmented. I have been wearing it sometimes and rubbed my eye and it hasn't smudged and it is so easy to take off, you barely need any make-up remover.
My favourite eye-shadows in this palette is the one fourth from the left and the one third from the right. I do suggest getting this palette because, apart from the applicator everything is so good and you can just get another eye-shadow brush. It's a good palette for whatever situation your in and it also has a mirror. It's a good size for travelling and it has nude type eye-shadows and it has kinda bright colours.
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays blogposts will actually be Christmas themed and I'm so sorry I didn't get many Christmas blogpost up this year, hopefully there will be more next year. Now because I am on summer holidays, I have all the time on the world to write blogposts so be prepared for a fair few blogposts.
Your probably wondering about Rimmel and how that works. So, every-time Rimmel London is going to release a new product, they send an e-mail out to everyone asking if they would like a sample of it to review (the people that get sent the e-mails are like bloggers and Youtubers that are on the mailing list). Then if you want a sample you press the link, put in your details and then you have a sample. It gets sent to some type of address then you have to review it on your platform. Now, most of the time I say good things about the products because I actually really like Rimmels products.
Sadly, our time has come to an end. Thank-you for reading this post, it really does mean a lot to me and so does your endless support. I hope you have been enjoying my mini blogmas and remember to go check out my last 3 posts as well. I love you all to Mercury and back but until tomorrow, bye
